Launched in 2022, the SAPIN Youth Programme started as a pilot led by Daniel Kazadi. Over the past three years, we have refined our approach, learning what works and identifying where we can make the greatest impact. SAPIN now has the experience, momentum, and passion to take this programme to new heights.
Introducing SA’s dynamic youth property platform
A hundred young entrepreneurs in the property business sector will now have access to education-, mentorship- and networking opportunities thanks to Sapin Youth. The 2025 initiative was launched by SA Property Investors Network on the 7th of February.
‘’Youth are directionless and discouraged, struggling with a purpose that makes ends meet. SAPIN is on a mission to inspire hope that lucrative opportunities are available, and our SAPIN YOUTH platform is the catalyst that is getting them moving in the right direction from stagnation to wealth creation,” said Andrew Walker, CEO of SA Property Investors Network (SAPIN).
Aged 18 to 34 the members, who have been selected from a pool of 780 applicants, have been afforded a unique opportunity to build high-value property portfolios and create generational wealth.
The platform offers an array of youth property business programmes that include investment and property management theory but, more importantly, hands-on experience and networking opportunities that build real, future-ready entrepreneurs.
“Sapin Youth is an action-driven, highly immersive, hands-on programme tailored specifically for young people. Unlike traditional property education, we designed Sapin Youth to equip the next generation with real-world entrepreneurial skills that they can implement immediately.
“We combine online and in-person workshops, real-world business challenges and practical assignments that form needed skills in our members while building their property businesses.”
On the 1st of March our SAPIN Youth team went Sky diving. They conquered their fears and decided to Jump for Jobs from 10,000 feet, where they took the leap to let young South Africans know there is hope in difficult times through involvement in the property sector.
