The mission of SA Property Investors Network (Pty) Ltd is to create a networking platform, in collaboration with industry-related third parties and sponsors, of like-minded property investors endeavouring to develop their knowledge and know-how and to connect with relevant service providers. Whilst SA Property Investors Network (Pty) Ltd endeavours to promote a trusted network, it is not liable for any damages caused to any of its members from any acts or omissions by any third parties, sponsors or other members, whether innocent, negligent or even intentional.

Sponsors and third parties

What this means is that we cannot guarantee the quality of service from any third party or sponsor. Although we endeavour to only work with the best service providers, we strongly suggest that you conduct a certain degree of due diligence and if you have any questions about any sponsors or third parties, that you feel free to get recommendations from other members or outside of the network.

Other members

What this also means is that we cannot guarantee the integrity of any relationships developed between our respective members. As with any relationship, it is important that there not only be trust but that if you are entering into any ventures together you conduct your own due diligence and obtain the necessary legal advice and documentation.

Ventures outside of the property investment space

It is important to remember that the network is centred around property investments and although we are excited by collaborations between our members, we recommend caution with any unfamiliar ventures, such as cryptocurrency investing for one.
