Yes. It’s a digital service. Evictions are outsourced via Xpello countrywide to their panel of attorneys.

We reinsure the risk which is our Preferental Promise. Bryte insurance is the partner we’re using to underwrite our risk.
How does Preferental consolidate the repairs + rent collected + payment of the service in order to submit documents to SARS during tax return season?
Currently, we provide it through the services but we are adding that into the platform as well as being able to store all your expenses onto the platform as well which will pull through on your SARS expenses.
What services Preferental does not do?
We don’t show the property to tenants and don’t do physical inspections but we are looking to provide these services soon.
How does Preferental deal with multi-let houses, do you charge per tenant or how do you work around this?
It is charged per lease agreement per tenant. You as the landlord would be charged per individual for that space.
