She specializes in doing full home inspections; due diligence inspections for commercial and industrial properties; maintenance inspections for houses and town-houses complexes.
Marisia Robus is the only female practicing ITC Certified Roof Inspector in the country. Marisia’s father, Albert van Wyk was the author of the book The Proud Home Owner which explores topics such as Constructing a new house, Managing alterations and Maintenance.
