Nigel Adriaanse: Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Development Property Fund
Formally the Director of Operations for Billion Asset Managers and Senior Asset Managers for Rebosis and Ascension Nigel is now the founder and CEO of the Enterprise Development Property Fund.
He has over 14 year’s industry experience across a wide range of sectors within the property industry. Having worked in several industries as a business development and BBBEE consultant he embarked on a career in property by joining JHI as a property and financial manager looking after several portfolios in the Western Cape and Gauteng.
Subsequently he moved to Old Mutual Properties’ retail division as financial manager in Gauteng before moving to the new business development division where he gained valuable experience helping to develop new opportunities previously uncharted in the South African retail sector. After joining African Alliance Properties as a commercial asset manager he helped the company to grow to a substantial fund and helped the management team in listing the company during 2012 under the name Ascension Properties Limited and was appointed senior asset manager. Until November 2016 he maintained this position and increased his responsibility to also being the Senior Asset Manager (Commercial) of Rebosis Property Fund Limited and Director of Operations at the Billion Group.
Having recently been appointed to the sub-committee on BBBEE of the SAREIT Association he continues to work on Black Empowerment strategies and was a previous Chairman to Shanduka Black Umbrellas (an incubator for SMME’s with 8 branches in 7 provinces)
Christiaan Jansen: Home Loans Consultant
Christiaan Jansen started his career at Absa Homeloans, before being head hunted into a large property investment group. Since 2008 his core focus has been on assisting property investors with reaching their goals, the core element to this being structured financing strategies. Having joined the fold at BetterBond, his primary client base consists of property investors whom he assists with purchase planning and facilitation of their finance applications to the banks. He’s an avid networker and his motto is that you’re only as strong as the team you have around you, leaving him focused on ensuring that any type of query that reaches him gets referred to someone who can assist, should the query fall outside of his own specialty.
